Manfaat-manfaat Menghafal Al-Qur'an

Berbagai kajian kontemporer membuktikan bahwa hafalan Al-Qur’an dapat menjaga seseorang dari berbagai penyakit, meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, serta meningkatkan kreatifitas dan relaksasi.
Amal terbaik yang bisa dikerjakan seseorang adalah membaca Al-Qur’an, mengamalkan kandungannya, menerapkan perintah Allah, dan menjauhi larangan Allah. Selama pengalaman interaksi dengan Al-Qur’an dalam kurun waktu lebih dari dua puluh tahun, saya menemukan sebuah kepastian bahwa Al-Qur’an memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kepribadian manusia.
Ketika Anda membaca sebuah bukti tentang Neuro Linguistic Programming, atau tentang seni manajemen waktu, atau seni bergaul, maka penulisnya akan mengatakan: membaca buku ini dapat mengubah hidup Anda. Artinya, kitab apapun yang dibaca seseorang itu akan memengaruhi perilaku dan kepribadiannya, karena kepribadian meurpakan hasil dari wawasan dan pengalaman seser, serta apa yang dibaca, dilihat dan didengarnya.
Sudah barang tentu buku-buku karangan manusia ini pengaruhnya terbatas. Tetapi, ketika berbicara tentang Kitab Allah yang menciptakan manusia, dimana Dia lebih mengetahui apa yang ada dalam diri manusia dan apa yang menjadikannya lebi hbaik, maka sudah barang tentu kita menemukan dalam kitab ini informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan manusia dalam kehidupannya di dunia dan akhirat. Karena Al-Qur’an adalah cahaya, obat dan petunjuk. Di dalam kita temukan masa lalu dan masa mendatang. Allah berfirman, “Yang tidak datang kepadanya (Al Qur'an) kebatilan baik dari depan maupun dari belakangnya, yang diturunkan dari Tuhan Yang Maha Bijaksana lagi Maha Terpuji.” (QS Fushshilat [41]: 42).
Dapat saya tegaskan bahwa setiap ayat yang Anda baca, renungkan dan hafal itu dapat menciptakan perubahan dalam hidup Anda! Bagaimana dengan orang yang membaca dan menghafal seluruh Al-Qur’an? Tidak diragukan bahwa bacaan Al-Qur’an, perenungan, dan penyimakan dengan khusyuk itu dapat merekonstruksi kepribadian seseorang, karena Al-Qur’an mengandung berbagai prinsip dan dasar-dasar yang solid bagi caracter building.
Saya akan menyampaikan pengalaman sederhana tentang sejauh mana pengaruh Al-Qur’an terhadap kepribadian seseorang, bahkan satu ayat saja! Saya pernah membaca firman Allah: “Diwajibkan atas kamu berperang, padahal berperang itu adalah sesuatu yang kamu benci. Boleh jadi kamu membenci sesuatu, padahal ia amat baik bagimu, dan boleh jadi (pula) kamu menyukai sesuatu, padahal ia amat buruk bagimu; Allah mengetahui, sedang kamu tidak mengetahui.” (QS Al-Baqarah [2]: 216) Dalam hati saya berkata, ayat ini pasti mengandung sebuah hukum pasti yang memberi kebahagiaan bagi orang yang mengimplemensikannya dalam hidup.
Sebelum membaca ayat ini, saya sedang merasa sedih karena mengalami suatu musibah, atau merasakan ketakutan terhadap masa depan, karena saya sedang mencemaskan suatu hal.
Setelah merenungkan ayat ini dalam waktu yang cukup lama, saya menyadari bahwa Allah telah menadirkan segala sesuatu, dan Dia tidak akan memilihkan untukku selain yang terbaik bagiku, karena Dia mengetahui masa depan, sedangkan saya tidak. Demikianlah, akhirnya saya memandang segala sesuatu dengan optimis, meskipun secara lahir menyedihkan. Saya selalu mengharapkan terjadinya hal baik, meskipun menurut perhitungan tidak demikian.
Allah telah menetapkan setiap hal yang akan terjadi padaku sejak usiaku 42 hari dalam kandungan. Lalu, untuk apa aku bersedih. Selama Allah mendengar dan mengatur alam semesta ini, untuk apa takut dan cemas? Karena Allah yang menakdirkan dan memilihkannya untukku, maka itu pasti baik, bermanfaat, dan memberi kebahagiaan.
Demikianlah, kepribadian saya berubah dari akarnya menjadi pribadi yang optimis dan bahagia, dan terbebas dari banyak masalah yang mungkin saja terjadi seandainya Allah tidak memberiku kesempatan untuk merenungkan ayat ini, memahami, dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Kesimpulannya, berpegang teguh pada Al-Qur’an dan menjaga tilawahna itu dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kepribadian seseorang, meninggalkan sistem kekebalan dalam dirinya, melindunginya dari berbagai penyakit psikologis, membantunya untuk sukses dan mengambil keputusan-keputusan yang sulit. Jadi, Al-Qur’an adalah jalan Anda untuk menjadi kreatif, memimpin, bahagia dan sukses!
